The challenge

BB-360 needed a single ERP to own the end-to-end flow of a mid-market pharmaceutical distribution business: accounting and ledgers, multi-warehouse inventory with batch tracking, purchase orders to receiving challan, sales invoices with distributor license verification, manufacturing workflows, and a full HR + payroll suite. Real-time visibility across every module, not nightly batch reconciliation. Built for operators who needed the system to keep up with them — not the other way around.

What we built

  Account ledger management, debit/credit notes, and real-time revenue/expense/profit tracking with month-over-month comparisons.

• Inventory Lifecycle

  Adjustments, transfers, material issue/return notes, and transfer orders across multiple warehouses with full batch & expiry tracking.

• Purchase to Pay

  PO creation, receiving challan processing, and payable invoice tracking — with vendor profiles and territory management.

• Sales with License Verification

  Sales invoice generation, delivery challan, and sales return with built-in distributor license-status checks (Good / Expired).

• HR & Payroll Suite

  10+ sub-modules: setup, performance, leave & expense, attendance, payroll process, and detailed reports — payslips automated end-to-end.

• Sales 360 Dashboard

  Single-screen command center: revenue, expense, profit, and capital with prior-period comparisons and a workflow approval todo list.
