The challenge

NS Solutions Sialkot was running daily distribution operations on paper, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of single-purpose tools. Sales, purchases, and accounts lived in separate silos, stock counts drifted from reality between physical audits, and management couldn't see business health without manual reconciliation. They needed one browser-based platform — accessible from anywhere — to own purchase to sales to accounts, with role-based access so a salesman couldn't accidentally see or touch what only an admin should.

  Real-time KPI cards: Sales, Receivables, Cash In/Out, Purchase, Stock Value/Qty, Expenses, Payables — plus a switchable Sales vs Purchase trend chart.

• Control MIS + User Rights

  Permission matrix with View/Edit/Add/Delete per menu item — granular access control across all 7 modules and sub-sections.

• 4-Level Accounts

  Full Chart of Accounts hierarchy with opening balances, voucher entry (payment/receipt/journal), general ledger, and salesman-specific ledger.

• Item Master with Dual Pricing

  Brand management + items with CTN/Unit pricing for purchase and sale, scheme/trade-offer configuration, and per-item tax.

• Purchase to Sales Pipeline

  Supplier registration, multi-line PO entry with discounts and taxes, sale entry with live stock indicator, approval workflow, and return processing.

• Reports Suite

  Filterable reports for sales, purchase, returns, stock, accounts, gate pass, gross amount, and customer list — print directly from the browser.
