The challenge
A solo founder had a tested product — botanical sleep tonics — and eight weeks to launch. Everything was missing: name, identity, photography direction, Shopify storefront, conversion funnel, and the paid acquisition strategy to make day one count. Budget was tight, brand had to feel premium, and the whole funnel had to be measurable from first ad impression to repeat purchase.
What we built
Brand identity system
Logo mark, wordmark, type system, colour palette, and a photography direction guide — production-ready for print, packaging, and digital.
Shopify storefront
Custom Liquid theme on Shopify with a fast PDP, smart upsell logic, and a single-page checkout that scored 96 Lighthouse mobile.
Email & SMS funnels
Klaviyo flows tied to LTV: welcome series, browse abandonment, post-purchase nurture, win-back, and replenishment reminders.
Paid acquisition
Meta + Google launch with a creative testing matrix and a weekly LTV-to-CAC review — funnel rebuilt every 14 days.
Landing page system
Conversion-optimized landers for each ad concept — A/B tested headline, hero, and offer per audience segment.
Influencer toolkit
Creator brief, content templates, UTM-tagged links, and a weekly performance dashboard for the founder to run.
